This update was itself an exercise in delegation.

Roles
I acted as Project Owner: the facts, the positioning, what is safe to publish, and every approval. Claude Code acted as Developer: it interviewed me for facts, drafted this copy, upgraded the stack and redesigned the page.

Nothing moved forward without sign-off.

Verification
I checked every published claim against my own record. Internal project names and client details stayed private by choice. One entry (Clearcover) was changed after launch, once I saw it in context.
Stack
Astro 7, Tailwind CSS 4 and a single typed data source. The same data feeds the page, the PDF CV, resume.json and llms.txt.

The agents did most of the typing. The decisions stayed with me.
